• Check for defective types when receiving raw materials (raw materials, fabric, printing, caps)
  Packaging material inspection items: Material confirmation, dimension check, color status, molding status, surface status, assembly status
• When mass producing cosmetic tubes and containers, we sort out as many defects as possible and package only good products.

Delivery/Inspection/Receiving

• After delivery to the filling station, quality inspection is passed and then received
• In case of unavoidable return, we will promptly respond after identifying the details.

Review and secure the issue content

• Actively review and reflect on issues that arise during production
• Improve quality through worker training or mold modification and equipment improvement
